The company’s objective was to improve its stores’ operational management by digitizing its resolution processes. Americar selected Frogmi as its technological ally for this task thanks to the platform’s ability to manage complex workflows, orchestrating multiple areas of the organization simultaneously.

Americar planned to start with a solution that addressed Maintenance incidents.
